Refund Policy

Cancellation

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Cancel from the billing portal to stop the next renewal; the current period is not refunded pro rata and its credits remain usable until expiry.

Failed tasks are never charged

Credits are reserved when a task is accepted and charged only when it completes. Failed tasks cost nothing and their reservation is released.

When we do refund

• Incorrect or duplicate charges, or a charge after cancellation took effect.
• A first subscription cancelled within 7 days with materially no usage.
• A sustained outage that made a plan unusable for a significant part of a period.

When we do not

• Credits expired unused at the end of a cycle.
• An engine changed, degraded or refused a particular prompt.
• Usage that ran and returned results, even if considered accidental.

How to ask

Email contact@querying.ai from the account address with the invoice ID and relevant task IDs. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe.
