Terms of Service

What the Service does

querying.ai is operated by Anymorph Inc. (주식회사 애니모프), a corporation registered in the Republic of Korea. You submit a prompt or query for a third-party AI answer engine; we run it and return the answer and cited sources. The output belongs to the engine, not querying.ai.

Your account and API keys

You are responsible for activity under your API keys. Keep keys secret and revoke a leaked key from the dashboard. We may suspend unlawful use, attempts to break isolation, or content you have no right to submit.

Plans, credits and payment

• Plans are monthly subscriptions and each cycle grants its plan credits.
• Credits do not roll over; unused credits expire at renewal.
• Each completed task uses the published engine credit rate. Failed tasks cost nothing.
• When the balance cannot cover a task, submission is rejected with HTTP 402.
• Prices are in US dollars, excluding applicable tax.

Availability and data

Self-serve plans have no uptime or throughput guarantee. Capacity depends on engine availability and exit IP pools. We process prompts, results and request metadata to run and secure the Service. We do not sell your data or use prompts and results to train models.

Cancellation, liability and changes

Cancel from the billing portal at any time; the paid period remains active until its end. The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months. Material term changes are announced before taking effect.
