What we collect

• Account email and sign-in identity handled by Clerk; we do not store your password.
• API key hashes and a short display prefix; the full key is shown only at creation.
• Prompts or queries, returned answers and sources.
• Request timestamp, path, status, duration, key identifier, IP address and user agent.
• Plan, subscription status and credit ledger. Stripe handles card details.

Who else sees it

Your selected AI engine receives the prompt and its provider terms apply. Commercial network providers carry requests in transit. Google Cloud hosts the service and database; Clerk handles authentication, Stripe payments and Resend account emails.

Retention and cookies

Customer activity and tasks are retained in Postgres; the dashboard displays the most recent 30 days and public polling normally exposes results for 24 hours. Billing records follow accounting requirements. Only sign-in cookies are set; there is no advertising or third-party analytics tracking.

Your choices and security

Email us to access, correct or delete account data or request erasure of retained task content. Secrets use managed storage, API keys are hashed, and every task is scoped to its account.
